Standard services & fees

Accounting Services

Bookkeeping $5+

You provide raw invoices together with bank statements and I will update your accounts for $5 per transaction. This is customisable to your Company's needs. This service is available for monthly, quarterly or annually bookkeeping. Additional charges for handwritten or missing source documents.

I will prepare a financial statements using your accounts that will meet the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and requirements from ACRA and IRAS. The fees of $250 is for one set of financial statements and additional charges for consolidated financial statements or requires accounting adjustments if it has not been done in your own bookkeeping. 

Financial Statements $250+

Accounting System Setup $500

I will set up the chart of accounts, invoice, PO and quotation template in the accounting system. Training video and guides will be provided for you to maintain the accounting system. The price above is a one time setup fee and it excludes accounting system subscription fees. For subsequent changes at $100 each time.

Payroll $50+

I will compute and process salary, CPF submission, IR8A and expense claims using spreadsheets if there is no existing software for $50 per employee per month. Additional charges for setup of payroll software and it excludes payroll software subscription.

Corporate Tax Computation $250+

I will prepare a tax computation using your financial statements that you can use for the submission to IRAS. $250 for one Corporate tax computation and additional charges for individual transactions are not classified clearly in the financial statements and trial balance.

Corporate Tax Services

Corporate Tax Submission $100

I will file the tax returns with IRAS for you, each submission (ECI or Form C-S) for $100.

IRAS Tax Queries $250+

I will help you write and respond to IRAS queries (etc. penalties, late submission, wrong submission). Additional charges for queries that require supporting documents, rework or computations.

Goods and Service Tax (GST) Services

GST Preparation $250+

I will prepare your GST return (Form-F5) using your accounting records. Additional charges for transactions missing supporting documents or incorrectly recorded.

GST Submission $100

GST submission for Form F5, F7 or F8 at $100 each.

IRAS GST Queries $250+

I will help you write and respond to GST queries including late filing, wrongful collection and penalties. Additional charges for queries that require supporting documents, rework or computations.

GST Registration $500

I will help you prepare for the GST registration (compulsory or voluntary). This excludes IRAS guarantee fee and registration fee.

GST De-registration $250

I will help you de-register or cancel your GST registration (compulsory or voluntary).

Corporate Secretary Services

ACRA / IRAS Filing $100

I will file your annual returns, change of company info, tax submission etc with ACRA or IRAS for $100 each filing. This excludes government fees (ACRA) of $60.

Named Company Secretary $600

I will act as your named company secretary for $600 a year and will fille all ordinary ACRA and IRAS filings for free (usual price at $100 each).

Incorporation of company $250

Striking off company $500

Closing company without any external creditors

I will help you register the name and do the administrative work to incorporate the company. This excludes government fees of $315.
